Abstract

|
The aim of this thesis is to find the right way of improvement from current curriclum which is widely used all of the same Department of Junior College in no consideration of aim of education and actual circumstances of its community. For the improvement Curriculum of Department of Broadcasting and Arts. 1) To analyze the current curriculum of three Junior Colleges. 2) To comparatively analyze the foreign curriculums of America, Japan and etc. 3) To carefully research all of the requirements of companies for the enhancement of cooperation with companies. 4) To newly establish the basic character of Department of Broad casting and Arts. It is found the following problems in current curriculum by the abave research. 1) It is big problem to follow the 4-year college curriculum. 2) It is another problem too much opening courses and displaying courses like a department store. 3) It is not to fit for the goal of Junior College education making the professional technician. 4) There is no systematic policy for the training practice, if any be, it should be made practical. 5) There is no program of certificate and suitable job guide policy after graduation. This study suggested the following improvement idea in order to settlement of the above problems. 1) To arrange the new curriculum of the Department of Broadcasting and Arts through its faculty s meetings. 2) To put the field training course a duty for the student it its curriculum. 3) To establish the new curriculum under the aim of making high technician in this field. I wish that the program of certificate is prepared for the student to make the completion of the above improvement curriculum as soon as possible.
